Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for a team of dedicated Food & Beverage professionals, who you will lead to continuing the operation of a very successful Food & Beverage department, which includes Knights on Albert Restaurant & Bar, Kabuki Teppanyaki and a busy Conference & Events Department.
The successful candidate will be a positive team player, with a thirst for a new challenge. You must be motivated with a high level of character and charisma, with a proven ability to help drive Food & Beverage operations, maximize all revenue opportunities and provide personality and flair to the hotel. A hands-on approach, strong interpersonal skills and experience in the preparation of marketing plans, reports and budgets are essential in this role.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the hotel industry is essential in this role, with at least 2 years in a senior F & B management position.
